At Fashion Forays, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for men’s fashion, accessories, and footwear. Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Personal care products (e.g., grooming kits, perfumes)
  • Customized or personalized products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Clothing and footwear with signs of wear
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at shop@fashionforays.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at shop@fashionforays.com and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to them instead.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • If returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
